From I-95 take Exit 8 towards Hilton Head Island
and head East onto Hwy. 278. Take a right onto
Hwy. 170 just past Sun City. Pass the Bluffton
Parkway stoplight and 1/2 mile down on the left
is the entrance to Lawton Station. Go through
the gate and take a left at the lake and then
your first right will lead to the visitor parking
lot on the right. The Village Park Homes Sales
Office and Design center is located in the community
clubhouse facing the lake.

From I-95 take Exit 8 towards Hilton Head Island
and head East onto Hwy. 278. Take a right onto
Hwy. 170 just past Sun City. Pass the Bluffton
Parkway stoplight and proceed down Hwy. 170 until
you reach the New Riverside traffic circle at
the intersection of Hwy. 170 and Hwy. 46. Go around
the circle to New Riverside drive (straight across).
Alston Park is 1.5 miles down on the right. Take
a right onto Alston Park DRive and a left at the
park onto Grovewood Drive. The Sales Model is
located on the left at 11 Grovewood Drive.
